On April 30, 2024, as part of the BIMTech project "EU Experience in Digital Transformation through BIM: Lessons for Ukraine", under the Erasmus+ program, a training session was held at the Separate Subdivision "Buchach Professional College of Podillia State University." Students from the specialty "Construction and Civil Engineering" at Buchach Professional College had the opportunity to learn about the basic concepts of BIM and received up-to-date information regarding its status in Ukraine, as well as the best European practices for applying BIM in real-world projects.

This training session was conducted by the project coordinator, Volodymyr Yasniy, and project participant, Dr. Liliya Melnyk, Professor at the Department of Innovation Management and Service Sector.
In addition to the students, college staff also participated in the training, including Olga Khomut, Head of the Economic and Technical Department, and Stefania Sandetska, Head of the Department of Construction, Civil Engineering, and Land Management.
Overall, more than 30 participants took part in the training titled "Introduction to BIM. Essential Competencies for Specialists through EU Case Studies." Attendees received relevant materials and information for further study and dissemination of the results of the international BIMTech project.
